Your journey inquiry

The journey form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit a booking or automatically send the message to us. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the draft opens in that service, where you can review it before sending.

Information you choose to send is received through the selected channel by Pets Delivery Expert. WhatsApp, your email provider and Telegram have their own privacy terms. Please do not put passport numbers or payment details in this initial form. Contact fly@pets.delivery about an inquiry or a privacy question.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics only after you accept optional analytics in this browser. Until then, this site does not load the Google Analytics tag or send analytics events to Google. You can decline and still use the site and inquiry form.

After acceptance, Google uses cookie-based browser identifiers to help measure page views and visits, basic device and browser information, recognised search referrals, contact-button clicks, the start of a form and attempts to open a completed message draft. These actions do not establish that a message was received or a booking was made.

Our event code does not include your form entries, pet details, message text, email address, full contact-message link, or a customer/account identifier. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; referral information is limited to a fixed list of recognised search-provider domains and this website. Other referrers are omitted. Arbitrary query-string campaign tags (such as UTM parameters), advertising click IDs and search terms are not collected. A fixed campaign label from a small approved list may identify how a visitor reached the site. This label is included in consented analytics; it is not a visitor identifier. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled for this implementation.

Google receives analytics data as the provider of this service. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services for its processing practices.

Campaign labels in your inquiry

A link from one of our campaigns can contain a fixed, nonpersonal campaign code. We carry only a recognised code through links within this website and may add a visible referral label to the WhatsApp or email draft you choose to open. You can review or remove that label before sending. Plain email and Telegram links may not carry it.

No additional cookie or browser storage is used for the campaign code. If you decline analytics, the form and draft label still work, but no campaign analytics are sent to Google. The label does not prove that a message was received or that an advertising click resulted in a booking.

Change your choice

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. When you decline, a first-party preference cookie also helps keep analytics off if browser storage is unavailable. Accepted analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may cause the choice to be requested again.

Open analytics preferences

Choose Decline analytics to withdraw your choice. We stop this site’s analytics collection, remove its Google Analytics cookies where this page can access them, and reload without the analytics tag. This does not delete data already received by Google. Turning analytics off reloads the page; save any unfinished inquiry text first.
