Choose the right flight arrangement

Dog transport starts with the individual dog: breed, age, standing measurements, weight, and the journey ahead. We use those details to organize a suitable international journey, including moves to and from the United States and our other destinations.

We manage the agreed transport arrangements with the providers involved. The airline confirms pet acceptance, the veterinarian issues veterinary certificates, and the relevant authorities grant official approvals.

Start with measurements, not an airline ticket

Send your dog’s breed, age, and current weight in pounds or kilograms, along with standing height and body length. If you already own a travel container, include its external dimensions and a photo showing the dog beside it.

The container must meet the airline’s requirements for the selected service. A product described as “airline approved” still needs to be checked against the actual booking. The IATA in-cabin acceptance checklist includes the animal’s ability to sit, stand, turn, and lie naturally.

Build the paperwork around the route

We review the departure, transit, and destination requirements together. For U.S. entry, your dog’s recent travel history and the country where it received its rabies vaccination affect the CDC pathway.

For a departure from the U.S., the destination determines the health requirements. Start with a USDA-accredited veterinarian when international certification is needed.

Traveling with or without the owner

Tell us whether you intend to take the same flight. If your dog needs to travel separately, we organize the accepted travel format and the agreed departure and arrival handovers. Any accompanying traveler and required permissions are confirmed for the individual route.

Connections also need a plan: the person or provider responsible at each stage, the time available for a transfer, and what happens if the itinerary changes.

What to send for a route review

  • Departure and destination city and country.
  • Preferred dates and how flexible they are.
  • Breed, age, weight, and standing measurements.
  • Existing vaccination, microchip, and travel records.
  • Whether the owner will travel and who will receive the dog.

We can then review feasibility, the coordination needed, and a route-specific cost breakdown.

LET’S ARRANGE THE JOURNEY

Your companion.
Your next chapter.

Tell us where your pet is and where they need to go. We will organize the journey around them.

Start with the route

Share your departure and destination cities, your pet’s breed and weight, your preferred dates, and whether you will travel together. We will assess the route and prepare a transport proposal with the services included.
