One plan for the whole journey
International pet relocation brings several decisions together: where the pet can fly, what the destination accepts, when the documents can be ready, and who handles each handover. Solving these in isolation can leave a gap in an otherwise plausible itinerary.
Pets Delivery Expert organizes and manages international transport for dogs and cats, with or without their owners. We assess the route, arrange the agreed flights, coordinate travel documents, and bring departure and arrival services together.
Transport across our international destinations
Our destinations include the United States, European Union, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, mainland China, United Kingdom, CIS region, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Canada, and Hong Kong.
We organize moves with or without the owner traveling. The departure country, species, records, airline acceptance, and arrival arrangements determine the available format. Explore our pet transport destinations for the next step, or see our services for Canada, the UAE and Switzerland for the scope of a move to or from those destinations.
Moving a pet out of the United States
The destination country sets its own entry requirements. Your pet may need identification, vaccinations, testing, a permit, or a particular health certificate. Veterinary appointments and required preparation can determine the travel window.
Use the USDA APHIS destination resource and work with your veterinarian. Our U.S. departure guide explains how to connect the document timeline with the flight plan.
Bringing a pet into the United States
Start with the correct requirements for the species. For a dog, the CDC pathway depends on where the dog has been during the preceding six months and where it was vaccinated against rabies. Cats follow a different set of requirements.
The destination state or territory and the airline can introduce additional conditions. Read our dog entry planning guide or cat entry overview before finalizing the journey.
When the route includes a connection
A connection needs more than enough time between two flights. We review pet acceptance on each segment, who is responsible during the transfer, and whether the transit arrangements introduce entry or document requirements.
If the pet changes airlines or travels separately from the owner, those details belong in the initial route review. A shorter itinerary is not useful if a transfer cannot be completed as planned.
Agree on the scope before committing
Your proposal sets out the transport services we organize, the handovers covered, and which providers perform each part. Flight operations, veterinary certification, and official approvals remain with the airline, veterinarian, and relevant authorities.
Share the journey details so we can review availability and timing. Compare the items in a relocation quote, and tell us which arrangements you have already made.
