Independent preparation guidance. This is not an animal booking approval or a complete border-entry checklist.
1. Prepare the journey
Record dates, operating flights, animal age, breed, weight and standing measurements, carrier measurements, and the service you want. For an assistance dog, describe its trained tasks and available evidence. Arrange a veterinary fitness discussion and prepare copies of approvals. Airline acceptance and border admission are separate checks.
2. Check the proposed arrangement
Request baggage carriage ≥36 hours ahead; await confirmation before paying. Cabin: animals plus carrier ≤8 kg; dimensions total ≤115 cm. One carrier per passenger: two same-species adults maximum, or three littermates ≤6 months. Underseat placement. Cabin quotas: B787/B767/A330 five carriers and two assistance dogs; A320/A321 three carriers and one assistance dog. Adjacent Economy seat: book with passenger ticket; ≤15 kg combined, rigid carrier ≤50×40×40 cm, belted; bring 2–3 waterproof/absorbent seat covers. No animal-baggage fee; seat price requires quotation. Dogs imported into the USA are prohibited in cabin, hold and cargo; cats/birds are excluded from this embargo. No assistance-dog exception is stated. Confirm its application before booking. All weight limits include the carrier. The page’s >8 kg hold-only wording conflicts with its adjacent-seat option; obtain product-specific confirmation. Assistance dogs: training certificate required; provide breed, weight and withers height.

Cabin-wide quotas are different from a passenger’s carrier allowance. Ask explicitly about remaining space and aircraft changes. Do not combine species in a carrier without specific permission. For an adjacent seat, obtain the complete seating and restraint instructions before buying equipment.
3. Obtain a confirmed request
The airline publishes +998 78 140 02 00 and a contact page linking ticket, baggage and special-service enquiries. Treat a sent question as pending until the airline confirms animal space in the reservation.
Source: Contact. Checked October 16, 2026.
The special-services webpage is an enquiry form, with contact details, message and CAPTCHA fields. It does not establish instant pet booking or a guaranteed response before departure.

Use the official office directory to locate the responsible representative. If a ticket agent handles the booking, ask who obtains airline approval and where that approval will appear.
Source: Offices. Checked October 16, 2026.
An online passenger ticket alone should not be treated as animal acceptance. Ask whether your request can be completed online, by telephone, through the office or by the issuing agent, and retain the actual approval. Allow time for unanswered questions rather than treating a minimum notice period as a service guarantee.
4. Separate charges and assistance
The special-baggage tariff requires confirmed reservation requests: PETS for cabin, AVIH for hold. Cabin carriage costs one baggage rate; hold bands are ≤23 kg: one rate, ≤32 kg: 1.5 rates, ≤50 kg: two rates. Obtain the route’s monetary rate, currency and final total; these are multipliers, not fixed prices. Animals do not consume the ordinary free allowance.
The tariff’s free cabin category covers trained visual/hearing guide dogs and government canine-service dogs, without weight limits. Provide breed and weight. Collar, muzzle and leash at the handler’s feet are required; hearing-disabled passengers need medical evidence. Hold carriage instead attracts AVIH charges.
The reviewed tariff provides no named ADI/IGDF recognition list, owner-training alternative, ESA category, individual passenger dog limit, submission form or dedicated assistance deadline. These remain questions for route-specific written confirmation.

For service-dog planning, resolve training evidence, documents, submission destination, advance notice, number of dogs, exact floor space, behavior standards and restraint requirements in one written response. Do not assume a free cabin category extends to emotional support alone. Ask specifically about psychiatric task-trained dogs, owner-trained teams, and any route-specific exceptions.
Use the existing U.S. airline reference, forms reference, training evidence reference and UK and Europe reference for their stated scope. These links are not confirmation that this carrier accepts your dog or that its published restrictions have been waived.
5. Prepare equipment and documents
Uzbekistan’s general carriage rules require notifying the carrier or agent when reserving or buying the ticket. Animals need a sufficiently spacious ventilated container, waterproof absorbent-lined base; bird cages need an opaque cover. Present health and other required travel documents at check-in. Article 68 addresses blind passengers with guide dogs and documents establishing disability and special training. Confirm its application to the itinerary and what evidence the airline accepts; do not extrapolate it to every assistance category.

Confirm the exact carrier model, door security, bedding, animal fit, check-in location and arrival time. Ask about breed-related fitness evidence, weather and aircraft restrictions, and the response to illness, distress or disruptive behavior. Obtain an explicit answer about any animal sharing: a rule about one carrier does not settle the number of animals, and a cabin rule does not settle hold sharing.
6. Arrange a separate shipment
The corporate cargo portal links cargo booking and its sales-agent network. A cargo enquiry is a separate workflow from passenger baggage; obtain a shipment-specific acceptance and quotation.
Source: Cargo. Checked October 16, 2026.
Cargo pricing depends on shipment characteristics and can use volumetric weight. The public rates page does not establish a complete live-animal quotation. Ask for handling, documentation and destination charges as well as freight.
Source: Cargo pricing. Checked October 16, 2026.
For an unaccompanied animal or a case outside passenger-baggage limits, ask whether a live-animal shipment is available at all. Confirm species, route, kennel, temperature controls, total animal capacity, delivery time, collection arrangements and contingency contacts. Do not infer acceptance from a generic cargo booking link.
7. Check entry independently
This guide does not verify a country-entry checklist. Check the destination authority’s current identification, vaccination, testing, certificates, permits and arrival procedures separately. Start with the existing U.S. entry reference when relevant. An airline’s country table is not a substitute for the authority’s instructions, and government eligibility does not by itself establish airline acceptance.
8. Close unresolved questions
Before committing, obtain a single written confirmation identifying the flight, animal, transport product, documents, trainer evidence, booking status, total charges, cancellation terms and airport arrangements. If two official passages seem inconsistent, ask the carrier to identify the governing rule for your exact booking. Keep unresolved questions open rather than converting silence into permission.
