Independent planning guidance for FLYONE Armenia (3F). Shared group policy is identified explicitly; airline approval and government entry permission remain separate.
Choose the right journey
This guide concerns FLYONE Armenia LLC (3F), not FLYONE Moldova (5F). Armenia’s own conditions approve cats and dogs only by arrangement and provide a separate guide-dog category. The shared FLYONE passenger pages describe ordinary pets in cabin only; do not plan checked-hold travel. Cargo is a separate enquiry, not a confirmed alternative for a larger pet.
Start with the actual operating airline for every segment, including connections and return flights. Armenia’s conditions explicitly allow codeshare operation by another carrier. The group baggage page labels Armenia separately but its pet section is shared and retains Chisinau-specific advice. The figures below are therefore published group guidance to confirm for your 3F flight, not an independently verified Armenia-only tariff.
Arrange approval before paying
Tell the airline or authorized agent about the animal when booking. The shared pet instructions require a PETC reservation at least 24 hours before departure, with carrier weight and dimensions. That is a booking deadline, not a guarantee that space remains. Ask for written acceptance on each operating flight before buying non-refundable travel.
Use the official contact page; its Armenia phone is +374 12 400 003. Armenia’s conditions direct written requests through the appropriate Contact us form. Give species, breed, age, animal measurements, carrier dimensions, total loaded weight and itinerary. Ask who confirms the request, how payment is linked to approval, and what happens after a schedule or aircraft change. Keep the confirmation and recheck changed flights.

Check the loaded carrier, not just the pet
The shared pages specify cats/dogs, a maximum of 8 kg including the animal and container, and published carrier limits of 50 × 40 × 25 cm with a maximum 115 cm dimensional sum. The separate 40 × 30 × 20 cm Armenia hand-baggage allowance is not labelled a pet-carrier limit. Obtain confirmation of the pet dimensions and their orientation before buying a carrier; weigh it with the animal and everything carried inside as a conservative preparation check.
Allow room to stand, sit naturally, turn and lie down: the English page says sit naturally, while the Russian page says stand. The published carrier requirements include strong material, ventilation, secure construction and an absorbent floor in English and a leakproof floor in Russian; cardboard cat boxes are excluded. The shared Passenger Types page also says the carrier must belong to the passenger. It cannot occupy a passenger seat. Ask whether your soft or rigid model is accepted, where it must fit and whether it changes your other hand-baggage allowance.
Pets must be healthy, clean, non-dangerous, non-pregnant and not disturb other passengers. No complete breed-specific or short-nosed-animal list was verified for Armenia; ask about your exact breed rather than treating silence as unrestricted acceptance.

Count animals separately from available places
The shared policy permits one pet per passenger. It does not publish an Armenia-specific aircraft-wide number, a shared-carrier litter exception or a cohabitation exception. Do not combine two animals in one carrier merely because their total weight is under 8 kg. Ask the airline to confirm the animal count, carrier count and remaining capacity for your flight.
No verified permission was found for a pet plus a guide dog under one passenger booking. Request a separate answer for that combination. Ordinary cabin-plus-checked-hold combinations are not an offered solution under the shared cabin-only policy.
Resolve route exclusions and documents early
The baggage page excludes ordinary pet carriage to/from Great Britain, Ireland, Dubai and Portugal. Passenger Types says United Arab Emirates rather than Dubai. Do not assume another UAE airport is eligible; obtain a route-specific answer from Armenia, including direction, transit and actual operator. Do not automatically apply these ordinary-pet statements to a qualifying guide dog.
Armenia’s Article 9.10 requires health/vaccination documents, entry permits and documents required by transit countries. The shared pages additionally list a pet passport, identification and a passenger responsibility declaration. Ask which originals, certificate wording, validity dates and declaration form your journey requires.
The shared EU-entry paragraph cites Regulation 998/2003 and combines a seven-month statement with vaccination and blood-testing conditions. This is not a verified universal minimum age or a current country-entry checklist. Have the airline clarify its own minimum age and ask the competent authorities about identification, rabies, testing, waiting periods and permits for your exact route. Do not rely on the page’s general tattoo wording as proof of entry eligibility.
For Israel, Passenger Types also demands a flight-specific veterinary authorization at check-in and links an older information document. Verify the current government procedure independently and have Armenia confirm the document it will inspect; no complete Israel import/export process is established by this guide.

Guide dogs: request an individual assessment
Armenia’s own Article 9.10(c) provides free carriage for guide dogs accompanying passengers with disabilities, subject to the carrier’s conditions. The shared page describes dogs assisting reduced-mobility passengers, especially visual impairment. It requests notice at booking and a certificate confirming guide-dog status; aircraft type may limit size and weight. It prohibits occupying a seat or roaming and says the dog is not to travel in a container.
English says muzzle or leash; Russian says muzzle and leash. Have Armenia resolve the exact equipment requirement in writing. Ask how the dog will fit at your feet, which seats are suitable, what training/status evidence is accepted, and whether the specific task-trained dog qualifies. The pages do not verify a universal ADI/IGDF-only requirement, automatic acceptance of owner training, a service-dog count or a general service-dog weight ceiling.
The shared reduced-mobility section requests assistance at least 72 hours before departure; the guide-dog text says to notify at booking. Start then and clarify the dog-specific deadline rather than presenting the general assistance deadline as an independently established dog rule. Emotional support alone is not established here as a qualifying guide-dog category. Border permission remains separate, even for a dog accepted without a pet fee. The reviewed pages do not separately confirm hearing, medical-alert or psychiatric service-dog categories. Ask for a decision on the particular dog rather than assuming all assistance dogs qualify. Local recognition and access to hotels, transport or public places must also be checked separately with the destination’s competent authorities and providers; this guide verifies neither local status nor access rights.

Do not substitute hold or cargo without confirmation
The shared passenger policy prohibits ordinary animals in the baggage hold. The Armenia contract’s general reference to animals accepted as baggage does not establish an available checked-hold product or override the need to obtain the carrier’s additional conditions. Do not buy a large crate expecting airport acceptance.
The group cargo page advertises freight and a contact form but does not establish live-animal acceptance on Armenia flights. Ask specifically whether live animals are accepted on your route and date, by which operator and handler, with what crate, breed, age and temperature restrictions. Obtain the quote, documents, handover/collection locations and deadlines before arranging shipment. Until confirmed, cargo remains an enquiry, not a published promise.

Confirm the price and airport sequence
The shared pages display EUR 70–210 for cabin pets, not an itinerary-specific Armenia quote. Ask for the final amount and currency for each direction and segment, payment deadline and animal-service refund/change terms. Do not assume the general excess-baggage non-refund statement resolves every animal-service cancellation scenario.
Armenia’s Article 7 says airport check-in/baggage reception closes 60 minutes before departure. That is a closing time, not a sensible arrival target for document inspection. Ask for your airport’s pet check-in location and earlier reporting time, including whether online check-in is available. Carry the animal approval, required originals and payment evidence; allow for security and veterinary checks. Confirm rechecking and entry requirements at connections. Recheck the animal booking after disruption before accepting an alternative itinerary.
