Operator
HV identifies Transavia Airlines C.V.; TO identifies Transavia France S.A.S. A replacement carrier may apply its own conditions. Confirm the operator for every segment.
Qualifying assistance dogs travel without an animal carriage charge under the airline’s conditions. This does not establish eligibility for an individual dog.
Pets
Cabin: flexible bag, 40 × 30 × 24 cm, 8 kg combined; closed underseat. Cabin minimum age: 15 weeks. Hold capacity: two pets per flight, not per passenger. Confirm carrier occupancy and species combinations. Snub-nosed pets cannot use the hold. Check the directory’s fee examples.
Assistance dogs
The Dutch- and French-market pages require disability-related task training and certification evidence from an ADI/ADeu or IGDF member organisation, or AAI Quality Register registration. These pages identify no separate owner-trained route or airline form; ask the operator about your evidence and route.
Keep the dog leashed, identifiable by tag or harness, on the floor at your feet. Bring its pet passport and required vaccinations.
Notify Transavia at booking, through My Transavia or the Service Centre at least 48 hours before departure. Obtain explicit acceptance. Per-passenger and per-flight assistance-dog quotas are not specified in these pages.
ESA status does not establish assistance eligibility. Confirm ordinary-pet acceptance separately.
Airline contacts
Use Transavia’s contact page and select your calling country. For an existing booking, use the telephone number in your confirmation email; have the booking reference and flight number ready. At the airport or within two hours of departure, call.
WhatsApp is offered for non-urgent questions and extra services, but messages sent from Turkey are not received. Use another listed channel there. The complaint and claim form is not a booking-question channel.
Entry checks
Check departure, transit and destination veterinary requirements separately with the relevant government authorities. Airline acceptance does not replace entry clearance. This guide supplies no country-specific exemption.
