One service for the agreed journey
Your transport proposal brings the stages of the move together:
- Route and flight arrangements, including connections and pet acceptance.
- The preparation timetable and travel-document coordination.
- The travel container and who will provide it.
- Departure and arrival handovers, with collection and onward delivery where included.
- The agreed contact points and responsibilities throughout the journey.
We manage the complete agreed transport. Airlines operate the flights, veterinarians complete veterinary work, and the relevant authorities issue official approvals. Your proposal identifies where our service starts and finishes, what is included and any costs paid separately.
Bringing your pet to Canada
Start with the departure country and city, your pet's details and the final Canadian destination. The arrival airport and the final handover point may be different, so tell us where your pet needs to be received.
Canada's import requirements depend on the animal, age, origin and purpose of entry. For some dogs, owner accompaniment also affects the requirements. Tell us whether your pet is already yours and whether the journey involves a sale, adoption or transfer of ownership.
An owner's unaccompanied dog can qualify as a personal import, depending on the circumstances. Commercial dog imports from countries CFIA identifies as high-risk for dog rabies are prohibited. The correct category needs to be checked before transport is arranged. Your pet must also be declared when entering Canada.

Moving your pet from Canada
Send the destination country and city, any planned connections and your preferred dates. We plan the journey around the destination's entry conditions, any transit-country requirements and the transport arrangements available for your pet.
Where a CFIA-endorsed export certificate is required, endorsement must be completed before your pet leaves Canada. We coordinate the preparation timetable with the transport; veterinary certificates and endorsement come from the responsible veterinarian and authority.

Traveling together or separately
Tell us whether you will travel with your pet, on different dates or not at all. We assess the accepted travel arrangement for the actual route, pet and operating airline.
For a pet traveling separately, we agree who hands them over at departure, who receives them on arrival and how the original documents reach the right person. Share your own travel dates and any existing bookings so the whole journey can be planned together.
