A Singapore move needs the preparation timetable and arrival arrangements to work with the flight. We coordinate the agreed services with the people responsible for each stage.

• Preparation and documents. Bring the veterinary timetable, travel records and required permit processes into the plan.

• A clear proposal. Set out the transport scope, timing, included costs, separate payments and conditions before you accept.

Airlines operate the flights, veterinarians complete veterinary work, and the relevant authorities make official approval and entry decisions.

Arriving in Singapore

Your pet’s country history and preparation affect the import pathway. We start with those details, then coordinate the relevant destination providers for the agreed service.

For personal pet imports through Changi’s CAPQ, the arrival clearance must be handled by an AVS-recognised pet agent. The flight plan needs to account for that handover, even when your pet travels with you. Your proposal should make clear who handles arrival clearance, any required quarantine arrangements and the agreed onward transfer.

Traveling together or separately

Your pet may travel with you or without you where the route and entry conditions allow it. We review the pet’s size and breed, carrier, operating airline, connections and available reservations before proposing the travel format.

Cabin travel needs confirmation for the actual itinerary. If a cabin arrangement does not fit, we can assess other available transport options as part of the route review.

What affects a Singapore pet transport quote?

The quote depends on the route, pet and container size, travel format, preparation needed and the departure and arrival services you choose. Any quarantine, veterinary, authority, airline or local-provider costs need to be identified in the proposal, including items paid separately.
